"The room is spacey & spotless, the staff were quite helpful to our inquiries about tours and booked a taxi to take us to the airport at 3 am. The location is walking distance to most of the attractions. Within 15-20 minutes you can be in one of the palaces in Sejong-daero Jung district. "Great location and pricing. Room was small but well appointed. As with other hotels in Korea, once fall hits they kill the air conditioning and the room was hot. The kind staff provided a fan for the room but as this room did not have a large window there was no way to cool the room down. I am not reducing my rating since I knew that the room came without an exterior window when booking. However, management and owners should seriously consider leaving an option for guests to use air conditioning...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — Gyeongbokgung Palace is just a short walk away, and Ikseon-dong and Insadong are only a few minutes on foot. We were able to visit so many places easily without needing transportation. The room was very clean and always smelled fresh after housekeeping. The entire hotel felt well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!"
