We were on the 38th floor. So I assume it’s an upgrade. The room was spacious and with a half bath and a full bath in addition a sitting area. The room is clean but the bathrooms are not updated to give you a luxury feel. The location is convenient especially if you are going to join day tours.

A very friendly and helpful staff from the moment you enter. We were able to leave bags prior to the check in time to get out and explore busan quickly. Great service and a convenient place to base yourself for shopping and moving around the city centre.

Used laundry service - excellent. Lighting in room was awful. Even with all lights on it was dull including the bathroom - felt a little outdated. No plug socket near mirror except bathroom (if someone in there a problem) Only allowed to use swimming pool once in a four day stay despite the cost of the room!! Not in a good location for us personally! Stayed in better hotels throughout Korea.

We were there for a short stay so didn't have a chance to experience the entire hotel. Our room and the facility were clean and we'll kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only critical feedback is the rooms are dated and furniture is worn.

Very nice hotel overall. The cheapest suites could do with some maintenance. The bathtub has questionable repairs around the drain area (room 2213). There is no bathroom fan which is unacceptable at this price level. On Expedia it looks like the pool usage is included but when you arrive you find out it's $40 extra per person! Staff is great, lobby and hotel in general is beautiful.

Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant with a good location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The service was smooth and comfortable throughout the stay. However, the buffet breakfast was slightly disappointing as the variety was limited and some of the cooked food was not served hot. It did not feel like good value for the price paid.

The room was clean and the building was wonderful, great location. What I will say is that it's misleading to have the pool as the main image considering it's not part of the accommodation cost and needs to be paid separately. It's paid per use, not per day - and nearly 40$ per use. If you're choosing this accommodation because the image of the pool lured you in like I did, just know that! Otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

Hotel was situated in a good location with metro station access via the mall. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate with quite a bit of variety. My only complaint is a staff member working in the restaurant who would not give me a peppermint tea bag to bring to my wife in the room because she was not feeling well. We have as already pre paid for the buffet for the length of our stay. I had to speak to a manager/supervisor in order to get it. I expected better from a 5 star rated hotel.
