Arriving late on an international flight, the convenience of the shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was a welcome relief. Even though our visit was a quick turnaround – arriving late one night and departing the following afternoon – the staff made us feel like valued, long-term guests. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth were truly remarkable. The hotel offers a convenient golf cart service to navigate the grounds and reach the dining options swiftly. "Great property! We used this as a day room as we had a long layover in KL. The hotel is literally outside the airport and in the KLIA shopping mall. Easy to access and quick checkin. The room was large and super comfortable. They give you lots of little extras in the room so you don't need to carry much. Remember it is part of the Plaza Premium Lounge so if you have access to these lounges, you can grab free food and drink from the lounge. The train to KL city is literally there and it takes you to straight to the Sentral. Worked perfectly for us."

"Very convenient hotel situated inside the terminal after security which means you can rest and shower here while waiting for your next flight. They have a lounge area where you can eat - you can use your Priority Pass so that you can eat for free. You can book in blocks of 6 hours and then you can book additional hours if needed. "

"The hotel building and facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of varieties. Make sure you ask for a room with window view of the theme park. The view of the lights of the theme park and people playing in the theme park is gorgeous. There's the new big mall Central icity just 3 mins walking distance from the hotel. I LOVE this mall, it has everything you would need or want to buy. The mall is also very spacious, lots of shops and dining areas, and very clean as well. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I love the experience."

"Apart form the location, the hotel is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and we happened to chance upon the dinner buffet; the selection was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated. Clean and modern. Staff were polite and friendly. The cafe at the lobby serves up good coffee. "
