"The internet was intermittent. I even purchased the faster internet option and yet the internet kept dropping while I was on internet conference calls. To their credit they did try to remediate the internet connection issues but it wasn't reliable. Aside from that everything else was perfect. Shops, Malls, and restaurants, and even a decent gym just steps away from the Hotel. "

"This hotel is in the airport and right near the gate I needed to go to in the morning! Staff was amazing front desk breakfast and bar housekeeping as well the rooms were spotless! Only reason I didn’t give facilities 5 is the shower didn’t drain well and the air seemed not so fresh in the hotel but other than it’s perfect "

"My first time visiting Brazil from the US: Very friendly and helpful staff, who spoke English where my Portuguese was lacking. Everything was great except that I did not bring my own shampoo and conditioner, and the front desk did not have any to give me or sell to me. Also the toilets say not to put trash into them, but does that include toilet paper? (Yes, that includes toilet paper)"
