"Our check-in and check-out went smoothly. There was confusion if the breakfast was included or not so we didn't use it the second day. Also, the room was cold and never really warmed up. They did have plenty of extra blankets. The baday leaked all over the bathroom floor. The faucet in the bathroom only had a trickle of water come from it. "Pools are nice, good temperature of thermal waters. Yard around nice. Bathroom needs improvement. Extra beds, added terrible. Surroundings need improvement. Only the big Resort and Golf is excellent a 5 Star Resort."
