"I had a great time and some of the staff are amazing, especially the pool bar and pool servers. However my room wasnt replenished with my water and drinks. I also feel that some of the restaurants dont fit the world we live in. We need smash burgers, maybe a full seafood spot."

"Nice property and views. I have staid here a few times because of it's close proximity to the airport. The rooms are clean, however the ones closest to the road can be very noisy from the sound of traffic at nights and early mornings. the "

"Absolutely loved the Excellence Oyster Bay, The food at the resort was amazing, and the property was beautiful. Joining the Excellence Club was worth every dollar. I loved every single day here! "

"The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Iberostar app needs a little work but overall it added a layer of convenience and organization to our stay. Events were listed clearly on app and throughout the properties. Last point is on the food. Overall, to us nothing was mind blowingly delicious but most everything was decent. Buffets had good selections and offered some traditional foods to Jamaica as well. Definitely would visit again sometime."
