"Hotel Museo Casa Santo Domingo is probably one of the most beautiful hotels in Antigua Guatemala. The property is kept in pristine conditions and service is up to par. The pricing on food and beverages is somewhat above what is already expected for this level of hotel, leaving an unfortunate sensation of being overpriced, this causes guests to seek better dining options outside the property, of which there are plenty in Antigua. Overall, a great hotel, worth coming back."

"All the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. I was given recommendations for places to eat. Each time I came in or out there was always someone friendly to say hello or enjoy your outing. They arranged airport transport for me and even made me coffee and a little breakfast to go at 2:30 am. The breakfast included was made to order, which was delicious.
