"Great breakfast and close to the airport"

"If you’re looking for a clean hotel near the airport this place is perfect. Easy access to terminals for both the airport and trains (Elizabeth line and Heathrow express) the room was excellent, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff were amazing and even gave us a printed out step by step instructions to get to our correct terminal for our flight! It was such a nice experience especially since we had booked another hotel in the city that was awful. Do yourself a huge favor and...

"The room was spotless and very comfortable. However, it seemed like they don't clean the hallway carpets (at least on the ground floor) very often. That was a little off-putting but the room itself was great. The breakfast wasn't worth the extra £15, but was hot and you could have as much as you like. I didn't try the dinner. The bus to the airport is conveniently located outside. Would stay again because of the comfortable bed and clean room."

"Stayed here numerous occasions because it’s such short walk to T3. This time the lift was out of order and the coffee machine which I always use in the library lounge was also broken. So the maintenance issues made the stay a little disappointing. Room was clean as always though."

"Good location at Heathrow T4"

"The room was nice and clean perfect for a weekend trip. The breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly. The only small issue was the lobby bathroom needs to be cleaned more frequently."

"Abit chaotic with the refurb and staff not being very organised but the room was clean and comfortable."
