"It was a wonderful stay. Lovely Courtyard. This has nothing to do with the facility, just lots of homeless around. Camera’s need to be more present. Shower is very small. We still had a pleasant stay. Was nice to have a suite. Here from June 10-22, 2024. I would stay again because we found it convenient to anywhere we went. Was clean. From Winnipeg, MB. "

"Unfortunatley on the second morning there was no hot water. We were told we could go to the pool change rooms if we wanted a shower. After the first night our room was not checked by the cleaning staff to collect used towels. I asked the cleaner if she was coming to our room since she had skipped it and was just met with a shrug?"

"Staff was friendly and check in was easy. They helped with transport to airport via taxi or bus. They helped extend my stay and late check out as much as possible "

"We enjoyed the terrace and easy access to Mickes Pub and Smittys for breakfast. Service at these places was excellent. "

"If you want to sleep during your stay if on the weekend stay in the “west wing”. Desk staff upgraded us to this area after telling us it would be very noisy in the main hotel. “This is a very busy resort hotel with bars open till very late”. It is a party scene during the weekend so be aware!!! Other quieter options are available in town. "
