"Air conditioning was not working"

"The hotel is clean and the room amenities were okay. The coffee/tea service in the rooms did not have enough sugar/whitener for the number of cups of coffee/tea that were available. Was disappointed in not having lunch available in the restaurant, breakfast was ho-hum and the dinner menu was very slim. The meat in both the hamburger and chicken choices did not have any flavoring. The staff weren't as helpful as they might have been. It took two visits to find out that dinner was available...

"Great breakfast! Hotel is very nice overall. The dinner we had at the restaurant was not great but everything else was very good."

"Bel hôtel avec les prestations habituelles de la chaine Ramada, mais son emplacement est éloigné du centre dans un quartier peu recommandable. Le parking est devant l'hôtel. La chambre était grande et propre, la salle de bains idem Dommage pour l'emplacement"

"The hotel is a good choice for a short stay, with a nice location and clean rooms."

"The rooms are spacious and very clean."

"Great price for a quick overnight trip!"

"Great stay with my boys"

"Great stay and amazing breakfast!"

"Overpriced"

"The hotel is visibly shabbier than my visit in 2025. Very dirty carpets in elevators, hallways and stairwells. Carpets in room were overstretched. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the full kitchen. Staff members were friendly and courteous. It’s time for an interior refresh."
