"WARNING ⚠️ CALL JENNA'S BEFORE ARRIVING TO PANAJACHEL so they can arrange transportation from your taxi/bus to the hotel. The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel. Unfortunately some of the drivers take advantage of new tourists, and we were charged an exorbitant amount. To JENNA'S staff: Please warn incoming guests about this. Other than that, I'll let the other reviews speak for themselves. This place is beautiful and the staff are excellent. "

The staff are super helpful, we stayed here our last few days in Guatemala and the town and this place were the perfect way to end it. Also - best tortillas we had in Guatemala!!"
