The call centre is very loud with people talking and laughing and very hard to understand. Didn’t even get a hold of me to let me know the change was done she left me on hold for 10 minutes after the staff let me know it was done so I hung up. It wasn’t even updated on my Expedia account and no call back."

"Nicole was quick to respond to queries which is appreciated. The view is nice but most of the furniture shown in the pictures were put away for the winter. I had picked this property so I could sit on the outdoor couch and read so I was disappointed and wish this was communicated before we rented. The property was clean. We found the beds too hard for our liking but you cannot please everyone with the type of bed. There are minimal cooking pots so for someone like me who likes to cook it made...
