Hotel with a Concierge in Province of Trapani from SAR76

"Really peaceful and comfortable place in the country but it's not too far from the seaside town and ruins. Had its own little restaurant serving a lovely 5 course meal with wine and coffee for less than you'd pay in town. Good breakfast in the morning completed a really nice stay. Very friendly staff"

"We arrived at 4pm after a three hour car journey, it took them some time to find our booking, we were then told the room was not ready (despite check in said to be available from 12.30). After a further wait, with no offer of refreshment or apology, we were shown to a room which had no fridge and whose key had "been taken by the previous occupants". We complained firmly, and the key was produced within 5 minutes along with a fridge. Overall, there were difficulties communicating with the staff...

"Enchanting, classically restored historical building in the very heart of town. Manager Francesca could not have been more welcoming. Rooms are functional, and lots of steps up to second/third floor B&B. Thankfully there is a luggage dumbwaiter that you have to see!"

"You just couldn't beat this hotel for value. Staff at reception were lovely and the lady who prepared and served breakfast was wonderful. This was at the very end of the season when you could have expected them to be a little jaded but they were still very helpful and attentive. "

"We received a warm welcome after a long drive to San Vito. I couldn’t speak any more highly of the staff, who were wonderful and always going that extra mile. Room was decent, and cleaned well every day with new towels. Wifi good. Breakfast was okay but all you really need is a cappuccino and a cornetto anyways. Roof terrance really great feature! Recommend :)"

"Accommodation was in centre of town. A downside was it 4 km from station which we had failed to realise and were forced to start the long walk with our cases when rather incredibly, a local village couple stopped their car and gave us a lift into town and found our accommodation!) The room had a great balcony overlooking the sea and was spacious. The couple who own the property and the receptionist were all very friendly and helpful.
