"The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Bathroom is awesome and has everything you need. You have breakfast included and it is amazing. Bus station is right behind the hotel and you can go anywhere from there. The staff are very kind."

"It was a disconnect between Travelocity and the hotel about the room reserved. The hotel provided a room that was an economy type instead of a standard as reserved and would not change for reasons that they were fully booked even though I thought they were not. The hotel is far away from Florence and to reach you will need a car. The hotel is the only thing worth to see in town and the only restaurant available. The food was good but expensive."
