When we got there, they gave us someone else's room. The first night, we kept waking up from the heat as the air conditioning could not keep up to the demand in that part of the hotel. They changed our room the next day instead of trying to fix it. When they moved our belongings, the threw out all of our refrigerated goods. When we gave them the bill, they paid it but were not happy that we replenished our water. The last room was much better, but the sink did not retain water well, so it leaked all over the floor. Most of the staff were nice.

Colazione ottima .
