"A fantastic hotel, with a great vibe! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful! The room had everything you needed, with quirky decor which I really liked. It was walking distance to everything, with lots of restaurants so close. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again "

"The property is not near any restaurants or shops and is surrounded by abandoned buildings. It’s 30- 40€ to downtown. And apparently a 5€ tip was insulting. Bartender was unaware of how to make a martini?"

"This hotel wow. The rooms are amazing, loved the full length mirror, this hotel overall is great value for the price. It’s also pretty close to a lot of the attractions and shops to walk. Would recommend and would come back. They also have a hotel in Florence that I would check out next time too based off the experience here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. "
