"This hotel is one of the loveliest I have stayed in. The location is perfect, a five minute walk from the train station. The boat to Portofino is a two minute walk from the hotel and Cinque Terre is an easy journey on the train. There are lots of bars and restaurants locally for dinner. The hotel is spotlessly clean with an excellent breakfast. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. "

"A ten minute walk from the station. Very helpful staff. Room clean and reasonably well appointed. A comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Van delivery to the supermarket across the road at 5.30 am onwards was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was alright but choices a little limited. The staff again were very helpful."

"This is NOT a typical Best Western. It’s a very nice hotel in Genoa’s best location. Helpful staff. On site restaurant. Walk to shops, cares, bars and restaurants. "

"We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room. It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"First time staying at the Hotel and was pleasantly surprised with everything, whilst it is typically Italian in design/furniture it has a lovely terrace..the pool/beach area is lovely with its own bar/restaurant which has great service...the town is a ten minute walk where there are lots of nice restaurants/shops/bars...all the staff are very friendly and attentive..I can't find anything to fault! I would definatley go back"
