"Very comfy, nice breakfast, friendly staff. However, I did not like the fact that plastic cups were in the room instead of real glass. I refuse to drink from plastic, I would even prefer paper cups. To not offer real glasses to drink from just seems so cheap. Also, no basic kettle to heat water just the nespresso machine(which I always find so overrated), so I had to actually walk down to the lobby for hot water just to make myself a cup of tea. "Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together! "

"The location could not be beat. Apartment was very clean. Guido met us in Paola's absence. He was very nice and responsive. He had to help us with the air conditioner the 2nd night. When we went to run the dishwasher as we were leaving it wouldn't start but again Guido was on top of it. Great place would stay there again."
