"Very comfy, nice breakfast, friendly staff. However, I did not like the fact that plastic cups were in the room instead of real glass. I refuse to drink from plastic, I would even prefer paper cups. To not offer real glasses to drink from just seems so cheap. Also, no basic kettle to heat water just the nespresso machine(which I always find so overrated), so I had to actually walk down to the lobby for hot water just to make myself a cup of tea. I always carry my own supply. It seemed like...

"The staff is, by far, the most courteous, thoughtful staff. I stay here every time I visit Crema as they know me by name. It is conveniently located near a grocery store, local eateries and the historic city centre. Do not pass up a chance to stay the night. Price is right as well."
