Hotel with a Concierge in Province of Ancona from SAR 350

"Ho soggiornato presso casale civetta per fortuna solo una notte. A prenotazione e pagamento avvenuto vengo informato dal proprietario tramite un messaggio whatsapp, del fatto che il casale era in overbooking e che avrei dovuto disdire io stesso dal sito la mia prenotazione ( rinunciando così al diritto di ricopertura della prenotazione). "In riferimento alla prenotazione in oggetto presso l'Hotelmia Numana mi e' accaduto che l'hotel, imputando ogni responsabilità ad Expedia, mi ha comunicato solo il giorno 1 giugno verso le ore 12. che la mia prenotazione non poteva essere soddisfatta poiché a loro dire Expedia non avrebbe comunicato tempestivamente la prenotazione, per una doppia dal 2 al 4 giugno, nonostante la vostra intervenuta conferma in oggetto citata. "Great place to stay for our trip to Venice. It was a bit out of the way but it made up for it by the nice quiet resort. Food was excellent, staff very helpful and with the quiet location we got a good night sleep. The breakfast was first class. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again"
