"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. They claim to be a spa but they fail to tell you the spa is closed for 3 days of the week. so they need to take that out of the name. we...

"We had a really good stay over Christmas. The hotel was clean and well designed. Our room was excellent. The only downside was the food overall could do with improvement, though the breakfast was excellent. "

The hotel has a range of facilities, although we only used the indoor pool as the outdoor pools were closed due to very strong winds. Outside bars were also closed leaving only the sports bar as an option for food and drink. However there are several restaurants a short walk away toward the beach. Every place I've being when paying for all inclusive meals water and cold drinks always included , they only included juices and te or coffe for breakfast not dinner"
