"Quando chegamos, pelas 15:00 não estava ninguém para nos atender. Tivemos que ligar para o telefone e esperar que nos abrissem a porta passado 10 minutos. A luz de emergência por cima da porta do quarto estava acesa a noite toda, o que faz com que não se possa dormir na escuridão; sempre que alguém entrava no hotel (no piso inferior ao do quarto) a porta do quarto tinha uma folga grande e batia. "My wife and I stayed for a week at this excellent hotel. The location is perfect (two blocks from (Balaidos), the breakfast is good, the rooms are good (the air conditioning does not work when the weather is cold), but the best thing is the attention of each of the hotel employees, especially Maria."
