"Quando chegamos, pelas 15:00 não estava ninguém para nos atender. Tivemos que ligar para o telefone e esperar que nos abrissem a porta passado 10 minutos. A luz de emergência por cima da porta do quarto estava acesa a noite toda, o que faz com que não se possa dormir na escuridão; sempre que alguém entrava no hotel (no piso inferior ao do quarto) a porta do quarto tinha uma folga grande e batia.
