"Poor front desk management and ridiculous extra fees. Really disappointing stay here, mostly because of how poorly managed the front desk is. Right when we checked in, they tried to charge us for breakfast even though our booking clearly included it. On top of that, we arrived around 1:20 PM and they tried to charge us over 70 USD for an early check in. When we pointed out that their own registration showed 40, they couldn't even explain the difference and just blamed "taxes." To make matters...

"Our stay at Arennas was great but it was made so memorable by the staff. Everyone was so personable, welcoming and the service was great. A special shoutout to Willy, Diego, Gary and Alejandro for talking such great care of us! The room was very large and the pool and beach area was perfect for lounging. The 24/7 security made us feel at ease and they even helped us when we were being overcharged by a vendor on the beach."

"The shower need more cleaning."

"We had just finished hiking five days the Salkantay and had full intentions of just relaxing for four days and it was absolutely perfect. The view from our room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very kind but the managers went above and beyond and make you feel at home. The food, wow the food was just exceptional. we ate every meal there and it was all so lovely. We hung out on in the beach chairs and swam by the pool each day. We would definitely come back for another visit."

Due to confusion they didn't have a room available but she was very nice to help me find another hotel she took me to a number of them that I was able to look around and find one that I liked. And she took care of everything. Although I didn't stay in the place I did take a look at the amenities it's a...
