"Ila, the lady at the international airport terminal was awesome, even when she received an ear full from a guest who said he had been waiting 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive for pick-up which was not correct!! This guest and myself arrived on the same aircraft from Brisbane, entered and exited customs at the same time and when he decided to vent his frustration we had only be waiting all of 5 minutes. Ila certainly did not deserve what was said to her, but to her credit she remained composed and for front of staff, that isn't easy at the best of times when dealing with the public. Holiday Inn Express has always been a really good place to stay, so thank-you to all staff."
