"The only issue I have with this hotel is that I needed to sleep until noon, which was checkout time. housekeepers were very loud in the hallways. They were moving furniture and vacuuming in the room next-door to mine. I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Perhaps they should have started cleaning rooms farther away from mine? "

"Although it is dog friendly, if you have a dog you cannot use the hotel facilities. Your dog is only allowed in reception and your room. There is no where you can use the dining facilities or have breakfast if you have a dog with you. There is no where near the hotel that you can eat or purchase food and drinks. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room."

"Charming, quaint but a bit cold when we visited in December. The shower was Luke warm and the plug in the sink didn't work. The food was very good.The bed was brilliantly comfortable."

"The hotel was used as a stop over from Portimao to Santander. The hotel is small but very unique. It was probably an old mill converted 10 years ago. Only criticism is their website needs to be updated for the cost of evening meals. But the food was good."
