"Room was very clean but seemed to be lacking updates. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and there was no grab bars for those that needed them in the tub. Staff friendly and breakfast was fairly good. Overall I would say 7 out of ten rating. Price for stay was not bad."

"No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . "

Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. "

"Cool little cabin that houses a lot of people. Just note there is no running water in the cabin, there is a separate bath/shower house just down the road. Customer service was great and they accommodated a late night check in. Only negative is this is right on the side of the main road into the campground and parking is limited. "

" Very nice stay while we went to the Ark Encounter and Bluegrass rail explorer. Long twisty road but worth the drive and surrounding with horses. Super quiet and spacious. "We stayed here for a family trip to the Ark and Creation Museum. It was only 15 minutes from the Ark and close to interstate access as well. The house itself is beautifully updated and extremely clean! The space is wonderful for a large family to stay comfortably together.We did find the beds to be uncomfortably firm, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the this beautiful property."
