"When we arrived on Thursday night the hallways were filled with pieces of paper and shreds of plastic bags. In one hallway on our way to go downstairs to the pool there was a medical vial that someone had left behind. It wasn't until Saturday before it was cleaned and vacuumed. We had 8 people staying in our 3 bedroom and were only given 2 towels in each bathroom. So, 4 towels for 8 people! We requested more obviously on the 1st night and they came 2 hours later. Then on night 2 we requested 8 more clean towels at 6pm. It was after midnight and an additional 3 trips to the front desk before we received more. So, 8 people had to sit around and couldn't take a shower until after midnight. Then we ended up having a wasp nest next to our screened in patio and unfortunately the screen had a gap under the balcony railing so the wasps kept getting inside the screen so we were not able to enjoy our patio. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this resort or recommending it to anyone."

"Rooms were a good size, comfortable, and clean. The property has everything you could ever want including a world class sports bar. Pool area was great. Onsite convient market with excellent deserts was a bonus. Location was great, check in process was smooth and quick even though there was a long line. I just have one complaint. There was a noise coming through the walls at night that sounded as if pipes were rumbling, that made for a hard time sleeping. Definitely would consider the property next time we head to Orlando. "

"Although the room was nice i was overcharged for my breakfast and charged 10 a night to park with no notice until check in of the charge when asked at the desk for an explanation nothing was done to fix the overcharge andcwas told the reasteraunt wad 3rd party and to take it up with them not happy..."

"Did not get the room I booked and had to wait 2 hours before checking in. The water dripped all day in the shower. The food was garbage. The best thing at the resort was the water park, pool and hot tub. "

"Hotel is fantastic price great location great amenities the hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. They even had an on-site restaurant with good pricing in good menu items.. our room, particularly the outlets weren’t working like the hairdryer that leads to the lamp to plug in your iPhones and such but we were too lazy to calm down to the front desk to have them fix it. And the sliders to the bathroom we’re broke so we couldn’t close them all the way, but I never complained so I’m sure they would’ve switched rooms if I asked.. "

"Staff was very friendly at the front desk. Explained everything clearly. The room seemed dated to most other places we've stayed. And the mattress was not comfortable, overall just not impressed. "
