"The room was clean and the staff was warm and helpful"

"I was checking before time so they let me into a room but I’ve realized that I made a mistake while selecting a room, so I was looking thru the app if I was allowed to change the room without no extra fee and it was free, but when I went to the receptionist I ended up have to pay extra fee to change the room."

"Beautiful property. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities but it is a gorgeous property and we loved where it was located."

"Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days...

"Great"

"Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it."

"The staff were rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue with the room, which was not what I had booked. I reserved a room with a partial sea view and they gave me a room overlooking another room. Horrible. Very disappointed 😏"

"Everything was pretty good"
