"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"Had a lovely stay and the hotel being situated within the old city walls was perfect. We drove there and paid the £22 euros for the car park which was fantastic. We were in a Tesla and they had 2 chargers so we were ready to go the next day! They drive you through the narrow city streets straight to the hotel - that was an experience and a brilliant touch! We only had a classic room and you get what you pay - it was nice enough but a little dated. Very comfortable and large bed and clean. ...

"Strange set up with one of every ibis sub brand on the same site. We booked into ibis normal? The red one. Reception and some of the corridors on the ground floor were modern, then you turned a corner and took a step back in time. Opening the door to the room took me back to classic ibis with the pod bathroom (we’ll get to that in a moment), no air conditioning in 35degree heat, and broken furniture (the bedside “table” was actually just a plank wedged between the bed and the wall. "It's not-so new building but with "modern touches". It's probably designed for students/scholars but everybody or a family can enjoy it . Amenities include ping-pong, on-the-roof swimming pool, gym, cafe, mini theatre, and laundry facility (which is free and detergent is included). About 30 minutes walking to touristic area. Cafes/restaurants are nearby. Front desk personals are so friendly. Highly recommended"
