"If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. Despite the fact the hotel and surrounding grounds are incredible, the staff and experiences are what make this place. We have never been somewhere with such exceptional service. Would highly recommend the trip out of Santiago to anyone visiting Chile"

She ALSO made a Dr appointment for one of our party at a great local clinic. AND she let me park my car there for a few days while we made our trip to ski in Chillan.
