"This was my 2nd visit to Yellowknife. The Nova Inn staff and facilities completely redeemed my opinion of the city. My first stay at one of the downtown competitors was horrible. I was pleasantly suprised when I arrived very late and was checked into a large, clean and well appointed room for lodging. Definitely recommended."

"Overall, the hotel was awesome value for your money. The staff were very friendly and kind and they took our bags for us after we checked out and held it safe until our flight came. "The house was very clean and in an excellent location. Most of the attractions were within a 15 minute walk from the house. Full kitchen complete with coffee, teas and condiments. There was some confusion about breakfast. There was a sign on the fridge that said "Breakfast was self serve". Inside the fridge there was a self marked "Private Food". on the next shelf there were muffins and fresh fruit. another guest and I assumed that the fruit and muffins were the "Self Serve" breakfast...

"To find a hotel with good facilities so far up north was a challenge, and im very pleased to have stayed here. I understand running such a business is tough and i see them making improvements. Overall it was the staff that made this stay absolutely amazing. Checking is in late, helped with our luggage and offered after hours snacks. Ofcourse they know people travel long distances to get to Inuvik, so they made sure our stay was comfortable. We sure will stay here on our next Arctic trip!"
