"Gorgeous room, friendly and helpful staff, restaurant service was excellent. The only thing that could have made it any better would have been a hotel bathrobe. "

"The hotel is in the perfect position just down from the wharf. It has plenty of parking. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little old but absolutely clean, the beds are plush with plenty of pillows and doonas. The bathroom is well equipped and clean with a shower only. There was a bit of noise in the hallways at night so sound does carry, but not the hotel's fault. Would def recommend this hotel to others and stay here again if I was visiting the Bay of Islands. "

"Friendly & Helpful. But I think they should be doing the renovation like the bath vanity. The house keeping can improve the service like checking the bottle of shampoo & bath soap both are empty when I’m starting the shower. Can you imagine!! "
