"What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again."

"Our stay was amazing! There were so many things to do, and it was perfect for a decent sized group. If you want to grill some BBQ, there’s a great grill ready to use. If you’re into fishing, the pond was awesome (I caught around 15 fish in a one of my outings). If you’d rather stay in, there are plenty of games in the cabinet and cards at the table to keep everyone entertained. "The house was as advertised. There were ten of us and the common areas: living room, dining room and deck were large enough with seating to accommodate all of us at once. The bedrooms were huge with very nice bed clothes. The entire house was decorated beautifully. The location worked perfectly for our daily trips to The Wilds."

"This was an absolutely beautiful and serene weekend escape with my family. We had plenty of room and peace and quiet! Even my teenage boys commented on how relaxing it was. We had 7 teenagers with us and had zero complaints for 4 whole days! Bring your supplies so you don't have to leave ...unless you want to go check out the goods at the general store in Mt. Ephraim. Absolutely loved!!"

"The listing was very accurate. I should have realized the challenge of getting luggage up the spiral staricase. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to fix meals. The deck needs some work and it would be nice to have a table and chairs outside, other than the picnic table close to the water. It was a wonderful place for 3 generations to gather and reconnect.
