"The lobby of this hotel was the only place that appeared to be clean. Carpets were dirty and torn in some places. The sheets were yellowed, not bright white. We landed up not staying at this facility due to the condition of everything."

"The shower and coffee pot didn’t work. I went to the office to let them know and no one was there. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable."

"Outside was dirty. Door to outside to enter building was not secure. Staff unfriendly"

"I booked a stay on Expedia for a family member to stay then after talking to someone in the office at the location and stating that I would be there in person to pay shortly and they said that I couldn’t book through Expedia because they only do cash in person. When I showed up to help my family member check in and pay in person they had told my family member that if we still wanted a room that we would have to wait until 8:15pm when he came back. I told him on the phone that I would be there...

"Great space and great location"

"We loved staying here--was a great location between Ponca and Jasper and close to hikes and being able to float the Buffalo."

"There was a dirty dish in the oven. There was half eaten s’mores in the microwave. Said nothing about the road to the cabin not being car friendly. ONLY TAKE A TRUCK IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR IN ONE PIECE!"

"This cabin is incredibly unique as well as adorable! We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. The location is rather remote, so getting anywhere that isn't on the mountain takes a while but that was part of the appeal for us. The cabin was really cold at first, but turning the AC off and then back on again made it super comfortable. It was a lovely trip!"

"it was such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. secluded and very well kept. My husband and I stayed for part of our Anniversary trip to Arkansas. Everything was so nice and comfortable. The hosts leave a very special treat which is such a nice touch to the overall awesome place it's a 10 out of 10! ☺️"

"Wonderful experience! The cabin was amazing and clean! Great location close to town and excellent communication with hosts!"

"Great cabin secluded in the woods, with amazing scenery and trails that were accessible right from the cabin! Kathy was great and very informative and welcoming! Will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful location and very comfortable."

"Carol was a great host and the cabin was beautiful. Would stay again."

"My husband and I absolutely loved our getaway here! The cabin was very clean, cozy, and the bed was so comfortable. We both slept great every night. You’ll be greeted by Daisy and Donny, and they are the sweetest! They were so friendly and loving and made our stay even more special. It was so peaceful and quiet out here, and the scenery is beautiful. The only thing I’d mention is that the driveway is pretty steep. We made it up just fine in our Toyota Camry, but if you have an AWD or 4WD...
