At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. "Prime location, close to circular quay and shopping. Overall the room was comfortable and roomy. it was a little strange to have a slight gap between the double doors seperating room and bathroom so might be uncomfortable for some."
