She happily helped us with booking two safari drives (one private and one through Kruger). She gave us excellent suggestions on where to drive ourselves in the park when we were in our own vehicle. And she responded to every message we sent through WhatsApp in a very timely fashion. Natalie is the most competent host we have ever met!
