"We stayed here mid October and from arrival to departure we were treated exceptionally well. The staff went above and beyond. Our room 803(Deluxe) was kept very clean everyday by the housekeepers and our only comment was lack of set of drawers and a shelf beside the mirror in the bathroom. Thats why we left a tip for them. "The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance.
