"Inadmissible de ne pas avoir de l'eau chaude pendant le week-end et de changer les codes d'entrée durant le séjour sans nous les communiquer. Nous laisser dehors la nuit dans le vent en attendant une demi heure avant qu'autre client vienne par hasard, c'est inacceptable"

"Being up in the mountains the views are lovely from the property. The surroundings are peaceful and we had a lovely relaxing week. Getting into St Etienne was easy - our stay involved going to two of the World Cup rugby matches and the property was an excellent base in that regard. There are nice restaurants within a few minutes' drive. The property was beautifully clean and well equipped and the host, Christine, was very welcoming and helpful."
