"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

However if you’re traveling in the spring, it is worth noting that they don’t “activate” the air conditioning until “the end of May” (despite AC being listed among the room amenities).
