"Just spent 4 nights at this superb hotel - one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the concierge was lovely. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Towels changed every day, room cleaned, water and coffe replenished and the bedding changed after two days. The facilities are good and I can recommed the massage, well worth the money. The food was great, plenty of choice again lovely staff. The hotel is on the

We were told on arrival that we had been 'upgraded' to a superior room, which we doubt as the room was basic. It had a strange smell which we could not escape from, the shower over bath was an issue.
