"The apartment was exactly what we needed and an absolute bargain for the price. It was close to shops and a short walk from some good restaurants and the beach. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and we really felt looked after. The flat was clean and comfortable, easy to access and the hosting team made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Top marks to the team from me! Thanks for a brilliant stay!"

"Bodde her en uke. Ble vesentlig bedre da vi fikk rom med balkong. En av damene i baren var konstant i dårlig humør og skapte negativ opplevelse. De øvrige var hyggelige og ytet god service. Frokosten kunne med fordel vært mer variert. "

"The hotel looks very proper, clean and in generell very well. The persons at the reception was very helpfull and freindly and also the persons at the roof-bar and the breakfast -room. The location is very central in near of the Larnaca oldtown and the beach ! We enjoy the stay and think that this was not our last stay there !"

"Lovely hotel, we have stayed in 6 or 7 different hotels in Larnaca this was one of the best. Clean, big rooms, breakfast was superb (apart from Saturday morning) friendly staff. Don’t overpay for places like Lebay which claims to be 4 star. Highly recommended. "

"We had a pleasant stay. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs, our room was very nice and comfortable. Their Breakfast was sumptuous with multiple options and dishes provided. It was a surprisingly great treat! I would have given a 5 star. However, it was a hardship to access the hotel due to the ongoing construction at the front. The road was closed and we had to walk a bit from the taxi to the hotel. The hotel sent a message about the construction while we were on our way...

"If you're looking for "Urban Comfort Apartments", it's actually "Eviathe Apartments" which is above the entrance to the property. We thought we were at the wrong place! Gaining entry was really easy with the key safe. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was just what we needed for a 13 night stay in Larnaca.
