The pictures all show balcony overlooking the mountain. The good, the unit was roomy. We appreciated the separation of the second bedroom with it's own bathroom because is provided privacy and sound barrier. The common area overlooks the waterfront so we were able to see the show. "The room definitely needs some work on updating areas. The carpets in the bedrooms are cream colored and had a lot of stains and the rug that was in the living room was the same. The overall cleanliness of the room was ok, but with the carpets I did not feel so comfortable. We had an issue with the freezer having a hanging wire and it temporarily was not working but contacted them and they had someone come look at it and fix it right away. The location of the hotel is great as it is a block off...

"The property is located right across from the lagoon, which is an excellent place. I liked that it wasn't right in the centre of town, and was, therefore, somewhat quieter than downtown. The room was clean. I didn't see any staff, but I was happy with any questions I had re visitor parking. The kitchen was more than adequate, with coffee, coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator.
