"This family run resort has a very helpful patriarch who is the go-to person for any issue that requires a decision. Something every traveler should know about this island is that it probably isn't what you're thinking of when you think of Maldives. The beach takes up a paltry ten percent of the island. Forty percent is taken up by the jetty and the other side of the island is where the garbage dump is. You can't go near the water's edge where the prison is either. Another thing that travelers...
