"Everything is great! especially the front desk Ms Kathrine. The only downside was one of the lift is not functioning leading to a long wait for the lift. Can see they are putting in efforts to improve the breakfast with teh terik and juicing station. "

"This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay. Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient. The only room for improvement (RFI):- 1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning. 2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend. 3) Kindly consider allocating some more friendly parking space for motorbike-riding guests to park at the lobby-front."
