Staff polite and friendly; particularly exceptional service from a concierge staff (English name Peter) who helped contact our car rental service to fix a tyre puncture even quite late af night. Delicious food at the Pocha - great views from the restaurant and rooms. Great restaurants around the area. Shops are convenient especially the 7-Eleven. Parking is free and spacious. The Jjimjil spa was wonderful - especially. For sore muscles from a post-Hallasan hike. "

"My second stay. The only issue is that they need more outlets to make charging more easy. But it is minor issue. I recommend ocean view room. It is right on the Jeju bike trail if you want to circle the island. Very convenient and close to ferry. My feeling is hotel child use light remodel but certainly I was comfortable and room was clean. There is great sashimi in the buffet."

"An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. There is a cafe and restaurant located nearby but you will need a car to get to nearby areas where there are shops and restaurants. The room itself was huge and more like an apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen."
