"I loke the resort and amenities...i did not like that i was the only one that not got my room early...i make all reservation for everyone and all rooms wer ready 3 hours beforw mine.....did not got a call for it ....and after getting my keys. They completely forgot that i needed a roll away bed for my child....they stated that room wasn't ready because the extra bed but was not the true. "

"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. "We booked this Hotel over the other since it was across the airport for the fly over + it is also close to the aqueducts sites. The downtown area looked to be crowded and noisy. The room was clean and pleasant and the staff very friendly. The taxi driver had a hard time finding it, but once you gave the the km number off the pan american highway, NO issues. It is only about 10 minutes from the bust depot."

"This hotel was amazing!! We were there during low season (late June) and practically had the place to ourselves. The rooms are all individual units (imagine clean, fancy shipping containers with nice vinyl flooring, bathrooms and windows) complete with patios, picnic tables and grills outside. There are three pools (one just for kids), a ton of hammocks, bikes, surf/paddle boards, a small restaurant/bar, and it’s right next to a windsurfing shop with lessons and morning/evening yoga classes....
