Hotel Paracas delivers on every front — and then some. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home run for hospitality. The property is stunning, with elegant design, lush grounds, and a serene coastal setting that makes you instantly unwind. Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds, great amenities, and everything you’d want for a perfect stay.
The on-site restaurant is a standout — so much so that we ate there more than once. And here’s the big claim: it wins our “Best Ceviche” award after two months of eating our way through Peru. Fresh, vibrant, and absolutely unforgettable.
