Hotel with a Concierge in Haute-Corse from SAR 314

"Some reviews on this and other websites suggest the owner to be unfriendly. At first he was. We arrived for check-in at 16.30 to be told curtly that we had to check-in before 15.00 or after 18.00 because they were closed between these times - yes, like we should have known this because such information is on the website (no it isn't)! - but he then checked us in because he was there and then kindly explained local walks and sites and was very friendly. The rooms are on the whole cleanish, but...

Our ferry to Nice was 5 hours delayed so the staff let us stay in the pool area after check out free of extra charge and even brought us cold drinks.
