"Freindly staff, room was cozy had everything that was needed although bed was a little hard for my likeing but thats just personal choice,breakfast was probly best ive had in any hotel, hotel is close to local pubs,diners infact everything ,will definetly be using again."

"Great for a quick trip from London to Hartlepool. Bed was comfy. Loo was a little noisy but l sleep with ear buds and eye patch. Green safety light for others could be an issue above the door but not for myself. Ill stay again Ta ":))"

"I haven't received the email with the key code yet. When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold. I had to sleep with a hoodie, but I was...
