"Where do I start. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom. It took two people to come out and figure it out. There were no towels left. The place smelled of paint and mildew. There were dead flies all of the ground, as if the place hadn’t been swept before we arrived. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom faucet kept coming off when I tried to turn the water on. "This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "
